History
GTD's journey starts with Matt White, the owner & operator of the business. His early career started within logistics, after a few years Matt recognized an opportunity and founded Good Trade Depot. As operations grew, so did GTD! With the help of Ambers Industrial Engineering expertise, GTD adapted and expanded to accommodate the growth. By 2024 a new Facility was acquired, new equipment was installed, and two new team members were added! Operations are continuously growing everyday.
Meet the GTD Team
Owner & Operator
Matt White
Matt White comes from a long lineage of bootstrap, hard working, entrepreneurs. In 2017, Matt started his professional career in logistics learning the intricacies of e-commerce and fulfillment – primarily in the toy industry. At the height of COVID-19, he courageously took his learnings and kicked off his solo journey starting Good Trade Depot. He is deeply passionate about bringing good people together to provide excellent service to up-and-coming brands and has positioned the business to do exactly that.

Director of Engineering
Amber Johnson
Amber has been a part of the GTD team since December 2022, serving as an industrial engineering consultant and then expanding into a permanent role in strategy and continuous improvement. Prior to GTD, she has 6 years of logistics, demand forecasting, and finance management at Anheuser-Busch. Much of her success is the endless pursuit to get the right data in front of the right people to make the right decisions. Holding a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University, she's here to #GetThingsDone.
Director of Brewing
Caelan Deater
Caelan joined the Good Trade Depot team in November 2024, bringing a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Craft Brewing from Western Michigan University and extensive experience in mechanical maintenance. With a passion for hands-on work and a knack for problem-solving, he thrives on tackling challenges and driving innovation. Outside of work, Caelan enjoys spending time outdoors and honing his skills as a self-proclaimed "utility player." His dedication to craftsmanship and sustainability makes him an integral part of the GTD team.
Operations Specialist
Bridget Arnesen
Bridget joined the Good Trade Depot team in October 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University. Her connection with GTD began through WMU’s engineering capstone program, where she collaborated on a project aimed at optimizing facility efficiency. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Bridget brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. Since joining GTD, she has played a key role in enhancing operational excellence and business operations.

Nancy Rivera
Nancy joined Good Trade Depot in July 2025 with a BBA in Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University, where she built a strong foundation in logistics, procurement, and process optimization.
Her background includes experience in coordination, communication, and operations. At GTD, she supports pre-production planning, client communication, and internal workflow improvements. Nancy is passionate about system efficiency and continues to grow through hands-on learning and collaboration.
Operations Generalist
Marisa Salinaz
Marisa joined the Good Trade Depot team in August 2025. With experience across diverse work environments, she brings adaptability, creativity, and a “get-it-done” spirit to every task. Whether she’s supporting canning production or keeping things moving in the warehouse, Marisa thrives on being a versatile team player who ensures the job gets done. Her humor and upbeat energy are cornerstones of the GTD culture. Outside of work, you can find her diving into her love of horror films—a fun fact that matches her bold and fearless personality.
Director of Quality Operations
Zachary Pierangeli
Zachary joined the Good Trade Depot team in November 2025 with a B.S. in Chemistry from Grand Valley State University and a Certificate in Sustainable Brewing from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Professionally, he comes with experience in pharmaceuticals, so Zach is no stranger to meeting FDA compliance and GMPs. He has an eye for detail, seeing the big picture, and a drive to complete company missions for success. At GTD, he directs the implementation of SQF practices, supervises quality systems, and performs internal inspections and audits.
ALUMNI: Marketing Intern
Tarynn McKeown
Tarynn joined the Good Trade Depot team in May 2025 shortly after completing her Bachelor's at WMU in Food and Consumer Packaged Good Marketing and Business Analytics. Eager to apply her academic background in a fast-paced, real-world environment, she hit the ground running.
​In July 2025, she received a full time role in TN, and we couldn't be more excited for the adventures to come for her.
